It just wasn’t really my style. The look felt kind of dull to me, and when I mentioned that, it felt like my opinion was brushed off a bit.

My order from Porte + Hall showed up really nicely packed, i was glad to see that. The box felt sturdy, everything inside was protected, and there were no bent corners, marks, or anything like that. I was a little worried, since rugs can get messed up easily during shipping, but it arrived clean, in great shape, and ready to use. Nothing too fancy to add, just solid packaging, and a smooth delivery.

I’ve already spilled coffee on it twice, because apparently that’s just who I am now, and both times it wiped clean really easily. I was expecting at least a little stain or some annoying residue, but nope. Happy with it so far.

I was a little nervous the color would look different once it arrived, since that always feels like such a hassle to deal with if you have to return or exchange it. Thankfully, it was pretty much spot on and looks just like the photos on the site. Really happy with it.

I got a mat from porteandhall and I’m weirdly obsessed with it. The thickness is literally perfect, like not too bulky but absolutely not flimsy either. It lays flat right away and feels so good under my feet that I’m acting like I discovered some luxury secret

I got a Porte + Hall mat for our entryway because my dog is constantly running in with dirty paws, and it’s been really good so far. It stays put even when he comes barreling through the door, which was a big thing for me. It also wipes clean easily and somehow still looks nice without showing every single paw print... which, with my dog, is saying a lot. Happy with it.

I got one of their hallway runners because my old rug was basically trying to escape every time someone walked by. Very calm about it, of course. Anyway, this one has actually stayed flat and hasn’t bunched up, even when the dog tears through the hall like he pays rent. The grip on our wood floor is better than I expected, and after a few weeks, I haven’t had any slipping issues. The entry feels safer now, and I’m not constantly fixing the rug every day, which is a small victory I’m pretending not to be thrilled about.

For some reason, this gets dirty really fast and then it’s hard to get it looking clean again. I expected it to wipe off better, but it kind of just stays looking dirty no matter what I do...

I got this for our back door, it really grabs a lot of the dirt off our shoes before we come inside. There’s been way less mess getting tracked through the house, and it looks nice too. I’m happy with it

It’s not bad at all, honestly. The quality is decent and it does what it’s supposed to do. I just couldn’t shake the feeling that the price was set more because they figured people would pay it, not because it’s actually worth that much. If it were cheaper, I’d probably feel better about it...

The mat looks good and shipping was totally fine, but after using it for a bit, the edges started curling up. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s annoying because I keep having to flatten it back down. For the price, I expected it to lay better. I also didn’t love the way the issue was handled when I brought it up, it kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to

I ordered a medium, but it fits more like an extra small... definitely not what I was expecting. I’d recommend sizing up a lot if you decide to get it

I’m usually impatient waiting for packages, but this showed up way faster than I expected. i barely had time to start checking the tracking before it was already delivered

So... I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually answer my questions, but I had to follow up once to get things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just average overall.

Exchange took way longer than expected. Frustrating, honestly.

I put this by our back door, and it’s been great for catching wet shoe prints before they get all over the floor. It absorbs water quickly and doesn’t leave little puddles sitting around. It’s also easy to shake out when it gets dirty. it just makes the entryway feel cleaner and less stressful, so I’m really happy with it.

We’ve had this mat by the back door for a few months now, it’s still looking dang solid. Between the kids, the dog, and wet shoes getting dragged over it every day, I figured it might start fraying or curling up by now, but nope. It’s held up way better than I expected. Legit.

I really wanted this to work, but it still ended up scratching my floor. I kept thinking maybe I didn’t place it right or maybe there was a tiny bit of dirt caught underneath, you know how your mind goes off trying to explain it, but either way the marks are there now. Disappointing.

It reminded me of how disappointing my old cheap mats were, plasticky, thin, and never really comfortable. This one feels soft without being flimsy, and it has a nice weight to it that makes it feel more solid and well-made. It looks good, feels good underfoot, and I really think it’s going to hold up well.
